Slice House has quickly become one of our newest family favorites in Granite Bay. We find ourselves grabbing it for takeout or stopping in almost weekly. We’ve tried our fair share of pizza places over the years, and this one may have officially taken the spot as our favorite pizza to date. It’s an easy family dinner and definitely one of our regular Granite Bay stops now.

Hawks will always have a special place in our family’s story. When Colton and his wife, Paige, got married in 2020, they held their small, intimate wedding reception outside on the patio at Hawks. It was such a special evening for their family and makes going back feel a little more meaningful every time. Beyond the memories, Hawks remains one of their favorite places in Granite Bay for a beautiful atmosphere and a special dinner together.

Granite Bay Golf Club has been part of a lot of special memories for our family over the years. We’re a big golf family. Colton’s brother-in-law, Austin Smotherman, plays professionally on the PGA TOUR and celebrated his first PGA TOUR victory at the Bank of Utah Championship in October 2026. It was an incredibly exciting and special moment for our entire family. Golf has naturally become something our family follows and enjoys together, and we’ve spent plenty of evenings having dinner at MacKenzie’s Grill, along with attending events and weddings at the club over the years. Between the golf, dinners, celebrations, and family memories, Granite Bay Golf Club is one of those places that simply feels special to our family.
