We are excited to be able to bring an all in one experience for our clients by working with one of the best pool contractors in our area, RPM Pools!

 From start to finish we are there every step of the way! A lot of thought goes into our project design to ensure all of our underground work required to install special features like outdoor kitchens, shade structures, fire features etc. is installed prior to pouring concrete.
 
Proper planning for future landscape elements is overlooked far too many times in the industry, this happens often when you are dealing with 3 or 4 different contractors on-site who have not coordinated throughout the project or 1 pool contractor who may only be concerned about the pool they are building and do not want to deal with the future planning of the landscape.

Yes, our California Contractor State License Number is 1082237.  We are licensed in both the classifications of Landscaping and Excavation. 

We are in compliance with California state law and carry all the necessary Bonding and General Liability Insurance including Commerical Insurance on all of our trucks and equipment.

CJR Landscape Construction utilizes modern technology such as Google Earth to get an overview of the project location before our initial meeting.

The reason we like to know extra information before our first meeting is so that we can come prepared and well-equipped to share with you all of your options (example: accessibility to your property, etc.)

Additionally, it is important for us to know ahead of time if you will be needing a landscape design for your desired project.

In those cases, we will schedule our in-house landscape designer to also attend that initial meeting. This benefits both of us, the contractor and the homeowner, so that we can have open communication from the very beginning and have a seamless experience.
